Dear Brethren,
On behalf of the organising committee, I would like to thank all of those Brethren who have booked in and indeed to those who have had the courtesy to tender apologies – it has made our job much easier!
OUR ACCOMMODATION ALLOCATION WILL BE CLOSING ON THE 10TH JUNE AND AT THAT TIME WE WILL CLOSE THE BOOKING SYSTEM FOR THOSE REQUIRING ACCOMMODATION!! WE CURRENTLY ONLY HAVE A FEW ROOMS REMAINING AVAILABLE!!
We still have seats available for the Annual Assembly itself and the Festive Board that follows and this will remain open for a further week. SO IF YOU STILL INTEND TO BE WITH US – BOOK NOW!!!
